Return & Refund Policy – Goal Vault
At Goal Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jerseys (including player names and numbers) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
